Burning Instructions
- Trim wick to 1/4" before each new burn to reduce the possibility of smoking or sooting. If flame smokes, extinguish the flame and trim the wick.
- When you light the candle for the first time, allow it to burn for 3-4 hours so that the melted wax reaches the edge of the container to prevent the candle from tunneling.
After the first burn
- You may notice that the top of the candle may look lumpy, rough, and cratered when it solidifies after a burn, and this is totally normal! This indicates that the wax is 100% natural soy with no additives.
Candle Care
- Keep candle free of any foreign materials including matches and wick trimmings
- Only burn the candle on a level, fire and stain resistant surface
- Avoid use near vents or in drafty areas
- Do not burn candle for more than 4 hours at a time
- Candle will be hot when lit—allow to cool before relighting
- Stop use when only 1/4" of wax remains
