All of our products are handcrafted so they may vary slightly in size, shape (corners, etc.), and pattern placement. No two items are exactly the same, which makes each product even more special!
In addition, the Playful Paws Collection is not responsible for any injuries caused to your pet while they’re wearing our accessories or using our lick mats. Our products are not animal-proof and can be chewed or torn if not supervised. As with all pet products, you should always monitor your pet during use and never leave them unattended with these items.
Shipping Policy
Our processing time is always stated at the top of the page and typically varies between 5-10 business days (but may be longer up to 14 business days during launch). We try our best to get all orders out as soon as possible, however, please keep in mind each item is handmade and packaged by one person.
U.S. SHIPPING
When checking out, you have a variety of shipping options to choose from. Most commonly used are ground (delivers within 5 business days) and priority (delivers within 3 business days). Orders over $100 ships free via standard ground shipping.
CANADA & AUSTRALIA SHIPPING
There is a flat rate $18 USD shipping fee for all international orders. Shipping will be done via international standard which delivers within 7-14 business days. Orders over $175 USD ships free via international standard shipping. Please keep in mind that custom import duties, taxes, and tariffs may apply to your package, and the customer is responsible for paying these fees.
If you still have not received your package within 2 weeks (or 3 weeks for international orders) from the shipping date, please contact us at playfulpawscollection@gmail.com.
Return & Exchange Policy
As a small business, we do not offer returns, exchanges, nor refunds because each item is made to order for your pet’s specific print and sizing. Therefore, it’s important for you to read our size guide and accurately measure your pet’s neck circumference and/or visualize how big the product will be relative to your pet prior to purchasing a product.
If you received a damage product, please contact us at playfulpawscollection@gmail.com with photos and a description of the item's condition within 48 hours of delivery. Allow 1-2 business days for us to return your inquiry, and we will do our best to accommodate you. If we accept the exchange, you are responsible for any postage costs to send the item back. Once we receive the item, we will then process your exchange for another item and we will cover the shipping costs of the outgoing package.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that all items are final sale and we currently do not offer cancellations. By purchasing this product, you certify that you understand that no refund will be given and all sales are final.
