All of our products are handcrafted so they may vary slightly in size, shape (corners, etc.), and pattern placement. No two items are exactly the same, which makes each product even more special!
In addition, the Playful Paws Collection is not responsible for any injuries caused to your pet while they’re wearing our accessories or using our lick mats. Our products are not animal-proof and can be chewed or torn if not supervised. As with all pet products, you should always monitor your pet during use and never leave them unattended with these items.
Shipping Policy
Our current processing time is 2-5 business days, so please give us this time to complete your order. We try our best to get all orders out as soon as possible, and most orders do get shipped before the end of this time period. However, please keep in mind each item is handmade and packaged by one person. Once they are shipped, please allow 3-7 business days for your PPC package to arrive.

Return Policy
We do not accept returns because each item is made to order for your pet’s specific print and sizing. Therefore, it’s important for you to refer to the size guide and accurately measure your pet’s neck circumference and/or visualize how big the product will be relative to your pet.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges may be made if you received a damaged product. Please contact us at playfulpawscollection@gmail.com with photos and a description of the item's condition within 48 hours of delivery. Allow 1-2 business days for us to return your inquiry, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
If we accept the exchange, you are responsible for any postage costs to send the item back. Once we receive the item, we will then process your exchange for another item and we will cover the shipping costs of the outgoing package.
