1. What size should I get for my pet?
☆ For bandanas, please loosely measure your pet’s neck circumference using a soft measuring tape to ensure correct sizing. If your pet is in between sizes or their fur is extra fluffy, we recommend sizing up.
☆ For bow-ties and sailor bows, it’s best to use a straight ruler and visualize the size of the bow relative to your pet. If you prefer a more dashing look, we suggest sizing up!
☆ As always, please refer to our size guide to determine the best size for your pet because our products are non-returnable.
2. How do I wash my bandana or bow?
☆ Gently hand wash or spot clean bandana and/or bow with mild soap and cold water, and lay flat to air dry. Gently iron on low if needed, but please be aware of the tag and plastic snaps on each side of the bandana.
3. When will I receive my order?
☆ Our current processing time is 2-5 business days, so please give us this time to complete your order. After it has been made, it will get shipped and delivered via the delivery method you chose at checkout.
4. I put the wrong shipping address! What should I do?
☆ Please always double-check that you have entered the correct shipping address.
☆ If you noticed that you have entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately. We can fix the shipping address with the correct address if your package has NOT been shipped. If your package has been shipped, then it’s too late for us to correct the mistake.
5. My order was marked delivered but I didn’t receive it yet.
☆ Playful Paws Collection is not responsible for replacing or refunding any lost, stolen, or missing packages. We rely on USPS to deliver your package once it leaves our shop since it is then out of our control. We recommend waiting a few of days in case your package shows up. If your package has not show up after several days, we then suggest contacting your local Post Office for more information for filing a claim for a lost package.

6. What is your return/exchange policy?
☆ Returns: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns because each item is made to order for your pet’s specific print and sizing. Therefore, it’s important for you to refer to the size guide and accurately measure your pet’s neck circumference and/or visualize how big the product will be relative to your pet.
☆ Exchanges: The only time we offer exchanges for our products is when you received a damaged product. Please contact playfulpawscollection@gmail.com with photos and details within 48 hours of delivery. Allow 1-2 business days for us to return your inquiry, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

7. Do you ship internationally?
☆ As of right now, we ship anywhere in the US but we hope to expand our destinations in the future!
